Los Angeles 2016

Los Angeles

I went to Los Angeles with my family at the beginning of the year for 2 weeks. Obviously, this isn't the warmest time of year to go but it was definitely a lot warmer than England so as a typical brit I was happy! I don't deal with super hot climates that well anyway. I went with my mum, nan, brother and a carer for my brother. It was my nan and the carers first time in America so they were both very excited! We stayed about 15 minutes away from Anaheim which is where Disney is! We had a 5 day pass to the parks and spent the rest of the time shopping, exploring and hitting Universal studios. It was so good to get away for a couple of week. It wasn't a super fancy hotel, Holiday Inn I believe but it was pretty nice and definitely more than enough for us. I obviously piled on the pounds whilst I was there because American food is the best thing ever (and italian, and greek, and chinese... okay I just love food) but incredibly unhealthy! I also bought way more than I should of, including the prettiest Kate Spade bag and purse you have set your eyes on, even if it took me like 3 hours to decide on one..
I (of course) bought loads of make up that is difficult to get in the UK or was just cheaper to get over there. Some of them will be making an appearance into my favourites I'm sure.
Los angeles is definitely one of my favourite places to visit, I just love America! The people are lovely (they love my accent too so I feel very special, ha!), the food is great and there are so many things to do and see!
