Sunday Round Up

Today's a chatty post as I felt like writing something more laid back. The last couple of weeks have felt super grown up. I had a week off of work to do an intensive driving course, and I passed!
I am now officially allowed to drive. I've also bought a car, however, it's proving to be a bit of a pain to actually get it! I ordered it in the Bristol dealership but it was being shipped down from Birmingham. I was meant to pick it up Friday just gone, but the paperwork was messed up and now it has been delayed until Monday/Tuesday. I realise this is not the end of the world, I'm just super impatient and had plans that required a car for Monday! I also work away a lot and this includes Tuesday/Wednesday this week, so god knows when I'll have a chance to get it! The lady who sold me the car is really good though (it wasn't her error) and has offered to even get me from the train station so I can be back in time to get the car, bless her. I'm getting a Peugeot 208 (not new - insurance is enough as it is!). It's really nice inside and I'm pretty happy with it as a first car!

I really want to start a new TV series on Sky or Netflix. I haven't watched a new series since Stranger Things (this was so good). I really want to start a new one as I'm constantly watching the same things over and over (The Goldbergs, Friends, Big Bang Theory etc). If you have any good ones, leave them down below!

I have officially started my YouTube! I have uploaded a little vlog to get started, it mainly consists of my dog (Kevin) as I have a cut on my face that I am waiting to heal. Kevin is a cutie though, so I think it's perfectly fine! I am hoping to load one vlog a week and one beauty related video. Obviously it is just the one up at the moment, but plenty more are coming. So if you fancy subscribing I would thoroughly appreciate it. The video is down below if you want to have a watch.

I'm really excited for next month, I'll be able to do a lot more as I'll have a vehicle. I'm also having Steph down for the weekend and have a week off work to do some exploring/day trips. This also means I will be able to do some more exciting vlogs, where I actually leave the house!

I have a few upcoming posts lined up including some reviews and obviously my January favourites!

  2. Congratulations on passing your driving test that's amazing! I really need to start driving as I'm 21 so it's a definite must. Also well done on starting youtube, I have done a few vids but never really kept up with it. I hope I'm brave enough to start up again like you!

    1. Thanks :) I'm 24 so you still have time haha! I did a few a while back on a different channel, I then chickened out and deleted them. I really don't care if people have negative opinions about it now so I'm actually looking forward to it! xx

  3. Congrats on passing your driving test! I've been practising my driving but I don't think I'm quite ready yet! haha
